Hello! -- Sorry, it's taken me ages to get back to updating my blog again. I still haven't had regular access to the internet, so I'm darting in and out of It was Incredible!! Once I'd got used to breathing with the equipment and equalising the pressure in my ears underwater, I really felt like I’d swum right into Finding Nemo. I completed five dives over three days, to some of the incredible tropical reefs found around Koh Tao.
There were thousands of fish surrounding our dive group! This must be pretty unremarkable to those of you who've dived before - but it was a bit of a revelation to me. We spotted species including: barracuda, angel fish, clown fish, butterfly fish, trigger fish, moray eel, stingray, parrot fish, grouper, cod, so many more species that I can't remember the names of... and even a small blacktip shark!
I managed to get some ropey underwater shots, one of which is attached. Looking forward to more diving in
