Hey guys -- I didn't get time to fill in everything I wanted to about Bangkok.I had a crazy night clubbing there last Friday. I went back to DJ Station, the place that wouldn't let me in in flip-flops the night before. I met some cabin crew boys from Air France and Emirates and some Vietnamese girls and we ended up at an after club and then some kind of illegal afterparty, hidden away upstairs behind a shop - it was all a complete blast! :) I had to rush home Cinderella-stylee for a trip to Bangkok's floating markets at 7 am the next morning. Suffice it to say i felt like sh*t!
Met up with the lovely Air France boys - Guillame and Fabrice - for dinner and a little more clubbing the next night, which was cool. Got some v cool pics inside the club, and shots of ladyboys etc. but you'll have to wait for those!
I've met loads of people so far - French, Thai, Canadian, American, Aussie, Solvakian even... but not a single Brit! Not one! I intend to keep looking though.
I also went to Ayutthya - Thailand's former capital, now in ruins - 80 km outside of Bangkok. The temples and ruins there just blew me away. Really incredible. I've attached a few pics here. -- J
